Well the rumor is true, Apple is coming out with a new iPod. I just found an image of what it is supposed to look like on the cover of a Newsweek magazine for next week of all places. Its supposed to have some interface changes, be a bit smaller, and as you can see have the iPod Mini scroll-wheel. I hope it drops in price too. The announcement is going to be on Monday so we’ll have to wait till then to know that. But you saw the new iPod here first!

ah ha! they are up today and they are not thinner than the mini, they are almost as thin and they are still bigger! plus the circle is def gray.

Well of course they aren't going to be smaller than the mini - why would they release those under the title of "iPod Mini" if something smaller was coming out in 5 months?
