Yes, I’m still alive, everything is just a mess at the moment. Well not a mess in the traditional falling apart way, moreso the chicken with its head cut off kind of mess (without the blood).
I started back up at the Shitty two weeks ago. I don’t think I’ll do as bad as I expected even though now that I’m in the car audio department. I’ve only have had one customer issue and that was more they heard what they wanted to hear rather than what I said (install is 50% off when you buy four speakers, she argued that I said the speakers were 50% off too). Already got in about 28 hours a week these past two weeks. Woo money again.
I’ve mainly been swamped with Web-work. A credit card processing site for Amy, NSSF registration, Marine.com script changes, tryng to finish work on Vertical Assault. Ugh, I swear I just can’t get it all done. School work isn’t helping much either. Mainly my Java class. Four programs to write by the end of the weekend, not so fun. Arielle’s friend is coming up this weekend to visit and he wants to take a trip into Philly to sample a real cheese steak so that is going to use up a chunk of my Saturday.
Life at the new place is good. We brought one of my cats over to stay with us until my mom moves (or maybe longer). He wasn’t getting along with Arielle’s cats to start but they are getting along better.
After this weekend things should look up. Only two finals to deal with and I’m home free for the summer *sigh*.

A lot of things have come together since the last post, and some have fallen apart. I’m mostly moved in at Arielle’s, or at least the most important things are there. I still have to move in my dresser and bed which are being saved till this weekend. I still have to clean out my dorm, but of course I am in no rush to do that.
As for things falling apart, the KOP Circuit City screwed me over a bit. Right when my transfer was supposed to take place their hours got cut more so they didn’t need me anymore. I checked with the Exton Circuit City and they need someone for the car audio department. I could do it, but I’m not sure how much I want to. They still haven’t called me back about the position so I need to follow up on it soon. I applied to the Apple Store in the KOP mall. It would be awesome if I was able to get that job. I don’t think I’ll know for at least a week or two though. Waiting sucks.
I’ve been able to use this time to catch up with a lot of things. I moved my server to Arielle’s yesterday (hence the downtime). I finished (well 98% finished) the registration for the Great American Cross Country which should launch in a day or two. Then I can turn my attention to learning C# and the .Net interface.
Still have lots of school work to catch up with Spanish test on Friday along with a Bi Sci test. Paper due for Art 2 soon, and have to work on some Java programs for IST 411. Looks like this job situation was a good thing.
